What time can I move into the bungalow?

Check-in is possible at 15:00.

If I arrive earlier than 15:00, what can I do?  

The reception is often not yet open. You can park the car and wait. If you have brought bicycles with you, you can also go cycling. The village of Koudekerke is close by or visit the beach at Dishoek, for a walk or something to eat. The village of Koudekerke is within walking distance. 

If I arrive earlier than 15:00, can I have a cup of coffee at Broedershoek?

Unfortunately not, our refreshment area is only open in the evening. It is open from second week July to 15 August in the evening. 

Until what time can I check in?

In theory until 18:00. Do you expect to arrive at Broedershoek later? Please call us on telephone number +31 (0) 118551577.

What time can I check out?

We ask you to check out Before 10.00 am. If the reception is open, you can hand in the key inside. If the reception is not yet open, put the key in the mailbox with 1b on it (this is our personal home). The mailbox hangs next to the door of the reception.

How much does parking at Broedershoek cost?

Parking is free.

What does it cost to use WIFI at Broedershoek?

The use of WIFI is free of charge. You will receive a code at check-in with which you can log in.

When is the reception open?

The reception has varying opening hours. Most days, the reception is open in the morning. If the reception is not open, you can always press the doorbell for questions that cannot wait. We can then answer your question via the intercom.

Do I need a pass for a barrier?

No. you drive through the barrier at check-in to unload and then park your car in the parking lot for the rest of your stay. This is also the case when checking out. Only in certain specific situations do we open the barrier for cars. This is to maintain the peace and quiet in the park and for the safety of the children playing.

What if I want to check in and the reception is not open?

That is no problem at all. You press the doorbell and we will show you the way.

What is the size of the beds?

-There are only single beds, mainly 90x200cm. In the 3p, 4p and 5p bungalows (all of the 'non-comfort' type) there are sometimes 80x200 cm beds.

Can I bring my own bed linen or can I also rent it?

-You have the choice to bring your own bed linen or rent it from us.

If you bring your own bedding, bring a fitted sheet, duvet cover or sleeping bag and pillowcase.

Do you want to rent bed linen? Then everything for 1 bed is in a package and that costs € 8.75.

Are there towels?

-No, you can bring your own towels or rent them from us. A package, consisting of a large towel and a slightly smaller one costs € 5.75.

Are there kitchen towels?

-No; kitchen / tea towels you can bring your own. There is a service package with a few dishwasher tablets or washing-up brush, a cleaning cloth, a mop, dish soap, matches, a garbage bag and a pedal bin bag.

If desired, you can also bring a bath mat for the bathroom.

What coffee maker does the bungalow have?

-the 3p, 4p and 4p plus have both a filter coffee maker and a Senseo device. All other bungalows have a filter coffee maker.

What is the kitchen inventory of the bungalow?

Do you want to know exactly what the kitchen inventory is of the bungalow you have rented? Then you can request it by sending an email to: info@broedershoek.nl.

Can I take my pet on holiday?

Only in the 3p, 4p and 5p bungalows is 1 pet per bungalow allowed.

If you select a pet in the 'search and book', you will automatically see the availability of the bungalows in which a pet is allowed.

Where can I find a supermarket?

The nearest supermarket, the Jumbo, can be found 1 kilometre away in the village of Koudekerke. At 2 kilometers, at the beginning of Vlissingen in the Pauwenburg district, you will find the Lidl. At about 5 kilometers, also in Vlissingen you will find a large AH XL supermarket.

In mid-2022, a second supermarket will open in Koudekerke, the Aldi.

What else is there to do/see in Koudekerke?

In Koudekerke you will find a bakery, hairdressers, some clothing shops, a snack bar, a lunchroom, a Chinese, a snack bar, a bicycle shop and a good restaurant.

In Koudekerke you can follow the “bunker route” to the dunes in Dishoek, by bike or on foot. Ask at the reception for information.

How far is the holiday park from the sea?

The park is located 2.5 kilometers from the beach of Dishoek.

How far is the holiday park from Vlissingen and Middelburg?

The park is located 5 kilometers from both cities.

Where can I find a dentist, general practitioner and pharmacy?

You can find the dentist at the Brouwerijstraat in Koudekerke. The doctor and pharmacy can be found on the Duinstraat. If you want us to help you make an appointment, feel free to ask us at the reception.

Where can I eat (out)?

During the 6 weeks of summer holidays (from 8 July to 26 August 2022 in the evening) our snack bar is open. You have an option to eat in the café and order a drink from the bar or order food to take away. The village of Koudekerke, located 1 kilometer away, has a lunchroom and a snack bar. For other dining options you can go to Dishoek (2.5 km), Middelburg or Vlissingen (5 km) or the villages in the area.

Various catering establishments will deliver meals to Broedershoek via the www.thuisbezorgd.nl app, there is a delivery fee for this service.
